House Rules
CONDO HOA RULES
***Minimum age requirement for renting at resort is 25 years of age.
***Before your arrival, you must register with the Tidewater HOA for parking privileges and amenity privileges. The cost is $55 plus tax. (Link will be available with the check-in instructions)
***$10.00 fee will be added to all bedroom fees for late registration. (late registration is registering with less than 24 hours of arriving at property for check in).
***Guest/Renters are not allowed to have pets on property.
Guest/Renters with pets in the unit will have to board their pets immediately or it will result in eviction of the guest and /or fines for the owner.
Service animals must register with Tidewater office and/or Tidewater Security upon arrival.
CHAIRS
2 Complimentary Chairs and an Umbrella are included in your stay. You must register for the chairs each morning with the onsite service. They are open seasonally and are first come, first serve for location. Please send one member of your party to the hut in the morning to make your reservation.
Additional chairs may be purchased from the onsite service.
NO ACCESS TO RESORT WITHOUT PROPER ID WRISTBAND.
Amenities FEE
Every unit rental reservation must register and pay amenities fee.
Check in desk is located on 2nd floor lobby by skywalk.
Proper ID wristband are required to be worn at all times while on property. Replacement fee for each lost or stolen wristband is $ 30.00 plus tax. Replacement fee for each lost or stolen parking pass is $5.00 plus tax.
PETS
Guest/Renters are not allowed to have pets on property.
Guest/Renters with pets in the unit will have to board their pets immediately or it will result in eviction of the guest and /or fines for the owner.
Service animals must register with Tidewater office and/or Tidewater Security upon arrival.
Animals are not allowed on pool decks or on the beach. *
TRASH
Please dispose of all garbage/trash in sealed trash bags.
Trash chutes are located on the west and east end of each walkway. Do not throw pizza boxes and large boxes down trash chutes. Break down large boxes and place in trash bag. DO NOT force large bags into chute.
GAME ROOM
Hours of operation – 8 A.M. to 10 P.M.
RESORT
Smoking is prohibited in all common areas of the resort.
Quiet hours are enforced between 10 P.M. and 10 A.M
Please refrain from any activity that would disturb others during quiet hours. Noise must not exceed a reasonable volume or be heard outside your unit. Music is not allowed in common areas.
Must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol on property. *
“Funneling” of alcohol in public is prohibited.
Water balloon slingshots, water balloon throwing is prohibited and will result in evictions/or fines for owner of unit.
Skateboarding, rollerblading, hover-boarding and skating are not allowed on property.
Throwing or dropping of any item from balcony and walkways is prohibited, will result in eviction/or fines for owner of unit. *
Nudity or indecent exposure, in any public or common area at resort, including any area exposed to public view is not allowed. * Violators may be prosecuted.
Fireworks and laser pointers are prohibited on resort property.
Feeding birds is prohibited on resort property.
Climbing or leaning over railing will result in eviction and/or fines for owners. *
All items are Prohibited from being hung on: balconies, walkways and windows.
The use of any type of grill and hibachi is forbidden. * May result in eviction and/or owner fines. Grills are provided on front of resort on the east side.
Vandalizing or destroying property will result in eviction and prosecution for damages.
PARKING
All vehicles must display parking passes or a decal.
Vehicles without a parking pass or decal are subject to tow at the owners’ expense. 15-minute parking is permitted under the front porte-cochere.
Water craft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses or other oversized vehicles are not allowed parked on premises.
No vehicle exceeding 7’2” height is allowed in garage.
For the safety of all: pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, and equipped with tow bars and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of garage.
All trailers must be approved by the HOA prior to parking in the garage.
Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering garage.
Rental golf carts, scooters and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at renters’ expense.
LUGGAGE CARTS
All loading and unloading of items must be done from the parking garage. Luggage Carts must be checked out on 2nd level in the main building.
To check out / check in a luggage cart:
First park your vehicle in garage.
Luggage carts located on 2nd floor lobby. Driver’s License required.
During busy times there may be a wait for a cart.
Security will assign carts during busy times.
Unload items to unit. To get back Drivers License you must return the luggage cart to 2nd floor crosswalk area and check it back in.
Luggage carts are not allowed inside the units.
FITNESS CENTER
Hours of operations – 6 A.M. to 10 P.M.
No one under 18 years of age is allowed in the fitness center.
Closed toe shoes and shirts are required. (Sandals and Flip Flops are not acceptable.) Please read all instructions for equipment, do not exercise alone.
Bathing suits are required in the spa, steam room, and sauna.
Operations of all equipment is considered at your own risk.
Food is not permitted in facility.
No horse play inside the center.
POOL, HOT TUB & SPA
Hours of operations – 8 A.M. to 10P.M.
Quite hours will be enforced.
Coolers are permitted at pool provided they are small enough to fit under a chair. Coolers to be kept under chairs at all times.
Radios, boom boxes, or docking stations are not allowed at pool.
Floats and air mattresses are allowed in pool except when crowded.
Throwing or hitting of balls or other objects are not allowed at pools.
Glass is not allowed at pools or hot tubs. *
Food is not allowed at pool or hot tubs. *
Diving, jumping or cannon-balls is prohibited at pools and may result in removal.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. *
T-backs, thongs or similar bathing suits are not allowed at pools or hot tubs.
Animals are not allowed at pools, hot tubs or on the beach. *
THEATER
Hours of operations are seasonal
Food and beverages are not permitted.
Swimwear is not permitted.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
